Emma Merchant serves as Director of Marketing, Executive Assistant, and Community Outreach Coordinator at Arica’s Insurance Agency. A graduate of Taconic Hills High School, Class of 2023, Emma joined the agency in October 2024 and has quickly become an integral member of the team.

Beginning her career in the Personal Lines Department, Emma developed a strong understanding of the insurance industry while discovering a passion for marketing, client engagement, and community involvement. Her initiative, creativity, and dedication led to expanded responsibilities supporting the agency’s growth and community presence.

Today, Emma oversees the agency’s marketing strategy, social media, branding, community outreach initiatives, sponsorships, and special events while also providing executive support and assisting with daily operations. She is passionate about strengthening relationships within the community and ensuring clients experience the welcoming, service-focused culture that defines Arica’s Insurance Agency.
